After working for over a decade as a high school math teacher, Sean decided to pursue his entrepreneurial dream and turn his passion for bringing people together into a brand-new adventure. Entering the food industry with no prior restaurant experience, he built the business from the ground up—starting with a single mobile trailer aimed at keeping busy on the weekends. Driven by quality, community involvement, and fun, Sean's vision quickly expanded into a flourishing operation spanning multiple mobile units and states.

Rooted in Colorado and operating extensively across the Colorado Front Range, The Snowy Churro brings artisan mobile dessert experiences directly to local communities. What started as a single local trailer has scaled significantly through licensing and regional expansion.
