Founded in 2019 in Broomfield, Colorado, The Snowy Churro was created by Sean Boyer. After working for over a decade as a high school math teacher, Sean decided to pursue his entrepreneurial dream and turn his passion for bringing people together into a brand-new adventure. Entering the food industry with no prior restaurant experience, he built the business from the ground up—starting with a single mobile trailer aimed at keeping busy on the weekends. Driven by quality, community involvement, and fun, Sean's vision quickly expanded into a flourishing operation spanning multiple mobile units and states.

Rooted in Colorado and operating extensively across the Colorado Front Range, The Snowy Churro brings artisan mobile dessert experiences directly to local communities. What started as a single local trailer has scaled significantly through licensing and regional expansion. Today, the brand operates a fleet of mobile trucks and trailers, establishing a presence across multiple markets while maintaining its local, community-focused values.

The Snowy Churro specializes in reimagining classic street-food sweets into gourmet culinary creations. Their menu focuses on handcrafted, freshly fried churros made with light, airy dough and coated in creative flavors like classic cinnamon-sugar, cocoa, graham cracker, and peach-mango. Highlight offerings include:

Stuffed Churros: Churros filled with rich center ingredients like *cajeta* or Bavarian cream.
Signature "Churro Boats": Loaded dessert bowls of warm churros with ice cream and gourmet toppings.
Everyday Sweet Treats: Edible scratch-made cookie dough, classic sundaes, combo cups, floats, and more

The Snowy Churro mobile units are built to serve a diverse range of gatherings, operating as high-capacity food trucks and trailers for:

Private & Life Events: Weddings, birthday parties, and milestone celebrations.
Corporate & Institutional Gatherings: Corporate activations, employee appreciation days, and office events.
Community Partnerships: School fundraisers, local festivals, sporting events, pop-ups, and charity drives.
